What Is The Fastest Way to Relieve Shoulder Pain

You can then draw your shoulder blades towards each other while at the same time holding on to the trap. You can then lift your chin towards the ceiling. Take some deep breaths for about 15 seconds. Anti-inflammatory Medication

There comes a time when exercises may not apply or may not be enough to relieve the pain. This is especially so in cases where a serious injury is involved. In such instances, anti-inflammatory medication will come in handy. These not only help in relieving the pain but will also reduce the inflammation. In such cases, you may opt for over the counter drugs like ibuprofen, aspirin, and naproxen.  It is also ways recommended that you go for drugs that reduce inflammation especially in cases where it involves rotator cuff injuries, arthritis, and tendonitis.

 

Compression

All you have to do it wrap your shoulder using an elastic medical bandage to help in reducing the pain and swelling.
